  This includes Council mapping, historical mine plans, geological information and the proposed development. The review identifies whether mine workings could affect the site.

We recommend site investigation when needed

Kemp Geotechnical Consulting works with Taylor Mining Services (TMS), specialists in the Ipswich mining area. Depending on the property, the investigation may include boreholes, cameras lowered into boreholes, density logging or geophysical testing such as MASW.

We explain what the findings mean for the development

We identify mining-related constraints and whether further work or
changes to the development may be needed.

We prepare the report required by Council
